Had a telephone call to complete an online form for my child to access Camhs. Ashleigh from Whiston doctors (old colliery road) done a fantastic job had to call me back twice as I was juggling home time finding a time I could make to speak to me. She listened and didn't judge and very understanding of my concerns. She took her time and really did make me feel at ease. By the end of the call she knew the ins and outs of my day to day life and tried her very best. Not only that but she also called me a week later to check in to see how we got on. We got referred :-) I really can't thank her enough even calling again recently to check in and wish us Merry Christmas. How kind and thoughtful which meant a lot to us! She really is the kind of person you want on the other end of the phone. She not only excelled in her job roll helping me on the day which I couldn't stop praising her to friends family and work colleagues because the great customer service I received was A *. She also went above and beyond checking in which I thought was a lovely touch as she didn't need to do that but did. We all need an Ashleigh in our doctors like her! Thank you very much once again :-)
