I needed a new inhaler following being given a new strength inhaler at Whiston Asthma Clinic. I phoned up my GP surgery who said they had not been sent any information from the Asthma Clinic following my appointment. I phoned Whiston Hospital and explained this information. The receptionist said they would send the information within the hour. I called my GP surgery shortly after and the information had been sent. I was able to get my inhaler the day after.
