Summary: Constant engaged tone when ringing at 8am.

1. Constant engaged tone when ringing at 8am. 2. Waited approx 40 minutes to get through, then cut off (this has happened a few times). 3. When finally getting through to speak to reception, no appointments available, this happens all the time. .4. I got told to use "online" service, while trying this a notice on screen says " this service is not available for this practice". 5. After several days of phonecalls every day I finally got appointment then Waited nearly an hour to see Dr, even though surgery wasn't busy with patients. 6. GP couldn't help me & told me to wait for my referral appointment (which is in 2 months time, providing its not cancelled again) this surgery needs to find staff who "care". I'm writing "NO COMMENT" to be polite! Otherwise I'd be criticising this surgery for lack of empathy or understanding, there's lots I'm not happy with at this practice.
