Summary: Discharge lounge

I was taken from the ward whilst awaiting my prescription and was given coffee and biscuits on arrival to the discharge lounge. The staff were friendly. It was nice to be able to wait in happier surroundings. It would be good if the doctors could prescribe the TTO's quicker. I have been waiting for treatment for 12 months and 2 days and I had to chase up my appointment many times. . The hospital is extremely accessible. In respect of the discharge process, I am awaiting my prescription. The staff explained very well in the lounge about what had happened to me whilst I was in hospital and what medicine I need to take whilst I am at home. Excellent discharge.
