I found my experience with Dr Jain excellent. He rang myself as he said he would on our previous appointment to arrange my mum’s cortisone injection, which saves myself trying to ring the surgery to arrange an appointment as you can never get through. Very grateful for the telephone call as I know how busy Dr Jain is.
