I have not been able to book a smear as I can’t predict my time of the month. Dr Loughran sorted this and didn’t make me feel rushed, or and inconvenience. She listened to my symptoms and didn’t make me feel like what she was advising was too much. This was a great telephone consultation and I am booked in next week to see her face to face and have procedures done.
