Due to attending multiple appointments recently over anxiety/low mood, I felt a bit apprehensive on seeing a different GP as I would have to explain everything all over again & this can feel like a touchy subject for me. However, Dr Loughran had looked through my previous appointments which made getting to the point a lot easier & stress free. As a nurse myself I know the impact healthcare professionals can have on patient experience & I couldn’t ask for anything more from Dr. Loughran. Thank you for listening, making me feel comfortable & kind words of encouragement. Over the years my family have developed a really good relationship with Dr. Conway due to listening to us about concerns regarding my dad & myself. But I would also highly recommend Dr. Loughran to a family member. Thanks again!
