The staff are really nice, approachable and friendly and explain everything which is really important and they are ready to answer any questions. The doctor was also really good and gave me good advice. As my appointment was at the Fracture Clinic, I was looking for a sign that said Fracture Clinic but the clinic is in outpatients, so I couldn't find it at first, however, the volunteers helped.
