Summary: Head and Neck

I was an inpatient on ward 26 for 4 weeks. The staff were lovely and the communication was good. I have travelled from the IOM for my appointment today at the ECC which is at 1.30pm which means a 5 hour wait from arrival at the hospital. I also have another appointment at 3.30pm which may result in potentially missing the flight home depending on any delays etc. There are only 2 flights per day, morning and evening and if we miss the flight home, we will have to arrange accommodation. Is consideration made to IOM patients in respect of appointment times and flight times?
