I found trying to get an appointment is still quite difficult, it’s not an easy process. Although all the staff I have had contact with have all been lovely, kind and caring.

1. Getting an appointment proved difficult 2. Contact with staff prior to appointment were all friendly and professional 3. Appointment with GP was good, polite, caring and very professional.
