Summary: I wrote to Kelsey (OPs Manager) with a critique of the new booking process.

I do not know what happens now my ‘bloods’, have been taken. Do I make another appointment or await contact from the surgery. I am on holiday next week so will wait until I have returned before contacting the surgery. The experience was good. I needed to see a GP and did, so for me the new appointment system works.
