Inpatient – Ward 10-4C

Overall Rating:

Summary: Inpatient - Ward 10-4C

It wasn't pleasant at first. I was brought in by ambulance to A&E and was on the A&E corridor for 2 nights. I was then moved to ward 10, on the corridor as a boarder, and was there for 3 nights. I felt like I was bypassed. I was then moved onto the proper part of ward 10 and the staff have been unbelievable. I have been on the ward for 2 weeks and am hopefully being discharged to The Walton Centre today, but I think they are in the same situation in respect of corridor care. When you are in the system, it works like a well oiled cog, like clockwork and the staff gel, I have got to know them. I don't know how to solve the issue of corridor care but I understand why it is happening. This is not a complaint, just feedback.
