Summary: Late policy is too strict.

I understand there needs to be a cut off at some point but 5 minutes is not long enough. I was stuck in traffic and was 7 minutes late. So why cant I be seen for the last 3 minutes of my slot? Astons policy only works one way and are happy to keep patients waiting for up to an hour. To be turned away when needed care is shocking. I have since left the surgery and joined a highly rated surgery that puts patients first.
