The staff are great, they communicate really well, I have been coming for 2.5 years and have found it to be quite an easy experience. In the past , when I was having Chemotherapy, you are sat in a group and staff ask personal medical questions such as questions around bowel movements. I think it would be better if this could be done a different way.
