Working in the NHS I am aware of a good telephone manner to Venerable Pts. At present I really feel that way. Due to my Mental and Physical health. And personal stress I am suffering while unable to sleep my medication has been upped to help me cope at this time in my life, Charlotte had an excellent phone manner, and approachable and made me feel at ease with Anxiety cause when I am not well I talk around the houses and I become annoyed with myself being like that.
