An individual I support who is a patient at this surgery is now faced with extreme difficulty of booking appointments. Previously the surgery allowed them to physically come to the reception desk to request an appointment. They have recently advised that this is no longer an option and appointments must only be requested online. This individual does not speak or understand English and they do not have any digital skills, therefore, booking an appointment online is impossible for them. The individual also does not have any friends or family locally who can support them with this. The individual now feels very stressed about how to access support for her health.1 May 2026
