I am fairly IT savvy but still found it a faff to log my request. Although I had completed my form using a code that was texted to me, I was later emailed another code asking me to complete another form. I ignored the second request hoping the original form had been accepted (it was). I feel for those people that are not used to phone/internet technologies. My request for treatment was dealt with promptly and satisfactorily.
