Easy and efficient. Very Good clinician did my knee injection, but my overall experience of Aston Healthcare as an organisation is average. My main issue is how difficult they have made it to make appointments. They continually put up barriers. Patients can no longer make appointments by fone or by visiting the surgery, but insist EVERYTHING has to be done online. Not everyone is good with technology. I'm 74 and struggle with it. Their fone announcements are too long and are sometimes a bit confusing about which option to take. I've tried to explain this to them, but i just get ignored.
