I attend monthly but don't always see the same clinician and each have different attitudes and different information is given. There is often a lack of communication. Sometimes they are very helpful and sometimes they are not. The name of the consultant on the appointment letter is not necessarily who you see. Today's appointment was a cancellation and I was seen really quickly but this can vary.
