Summary: Physio

The Physiotherapist is brilliant. I attend the shoulder clinic every week for 6 weeks. I find it better to come to the clinic than doing the exercise myself at home as they can tell me if I am doing them right or wrong. It would be good if I could attend the clinic twice per week. I get the shuttle bus from St Helens which is a big help.
