Summary: Therapy

I have previously been treated at the fracture clinic but my appointment today was at Therapy. I went to the wrong place and found it difficult to locate the department when given directions as there is no clear signage to direct. My appointment was at 9am and as I got lost I did not arrive until 9.15am, unfortunately, they could not see me as I was late, the receptionist tried their best to fit me in but was unable to. I think that there should be improvements to the signage to make it easier for patients. I usually receive an appointment letter with a map but this time only received a text message. Would still rate 5 stars as the staff were great.
