Summary: Urology

If you need to contact the department, you can’t get through in the phone, no-one answers. The patient needs their catheter changing every 12 weeks and the last time they needed it changing, it was 14 weeks, as we received no appointment letter, so had to call the appointments line for an appointment, we were really worried about infection. I have raised this with the nurses but there was no response.
